We also offer a saliva alcohol test that conforms to the Department of Transportation (DOT) model specifications for screening devices that measure alcohol in bodily fluids. HOW IT WORKS
 

  1. Give us a call and set up the screening.

  2. Choose 5 or 10 Panel Drug or Alcohol screening.

  3. Choose a location for specimen collection. (Nationwide)

  4. Go to the pre determined location and submit the specimen.

  5. We will call you within 7 business days with your results and e mail you a Certified Copy of your results.
